• *The Nutcracker Suite (11 AM) Experience The Nutcracker Suite—a one-hour narrated matinee designed as a perfect introduction for kids of all ages. The program begins with a bare stage and a mini class, then invites the audience to watch the magic unfold as lights, music, props, and dancers transform the stage performing excerpts from The Nutcracker. See firsthand how this beloved ballet comes to life, from studio to stage!

• The traditional full length Nutcracker ballet performs at 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM

• Nutcracker Tea with Cary Ballet Company  –

  Sunday, Dec 14, 2025, 2 PM - 3:30 PM
  
  Join us at the Park for a preview of the Nutcracker Suite as we bring this classic tale to life. Guest Storyteller Lona Bartlett will tell a story of the Nutcracker with a visit from the Cary Ballet Company’s dancers. Story time will be followed by tea (or coca!), cookies and an opportunity to meet the dancers in costume as they visit each table. Dress your best as we celebrate a Christmas classic and prepare our youngest ballet fans for a personalized story of the Nutcracker.

  This show is the same one hour narrated show with these modifications: House lights dimmed, softer music and a quiet room is available in the lobby if needed.

• The traditional full length Nutcracker ballet performs at the Cary Arts Center –
  Friday, Dec 19, 2025, 7 PM, Saturday, Dec 20, 2025, 2 PM and 7PM and Sunday, Dec 21, 2025, 1:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

• *Nutcracker Suite VIP Photo Op - Thursday, Dec 18, Friday, Dec 19 & Saturday, Dec 20, 2025 - This is a special opportunity to meet Sugarplum Fairy, her Prince and Clara with her Nutcracker Doll for a Photo Op after the shows in Principal's Hall. $10 per ticket includes photo op, a signed poster and one sweet treat. All proceeds benefit the 2025-26 season for this non-profit organization.
