Plié All Day

Plié All Day! is a community outreach program that offers free, beginning, ballet classes to children living in shelters or participating with The Carying Place program. We bring dancers to assist with the demonstration and music.  Our instructors have crafted a beginning curriculum that will be challenging and rewarding at the same time.

Each month, our Company dancers volunteer their time to assist the instructor and the children.  This gives our dancers a chance to use their art form to connect with their community in a more intimate and transformative way. We are not sure who benefits from this experience more – the kids or our dancers.
